The Sweet Spot

So this morning I found and stayed in the sweet spot for way too long. You know the "sweet spot" the most comfortable position in your bed that is just so hard to get out of... yeah I lived in that today. It was great.

Coincidentally, I got almost nothing done today... ha ha...

So I am going to start a new feature starting today... It is the Flickr account of the week. Each week I will choose an artist from Flickr and put a link to a picture of theirs. I will also Introduce the artist and say why I chose them for the given week. This first week will go to Karen Murray Photography. I love her photos, she is one of my best friend's moms, and she is always helping me out and giving me advice.

St. Valentine's Day

I really don't like today in general. Even though I have someone to celebrate with it still sucks because of all the commercialism attached to today. And the bad thing about this Valentines day is that I am the one who brought up the commercialism.... if I would have just left it alone then it wouldn't have been such a trap that I always fall in.

Yesterday was alot of fun. I only worked half the day, then I headed to Durant to see Michelle, Kara, Josh, Treva and Lehi... It was a ton of fun. There was alot of good food with Josh, some good music, and some good coffee style drinks. Then after I was done there I drove down to McKinney, because it was Sheldon's Birthday. Frida met up with us and we had fun doing the house party thing. Ben and his roomate are alot of fun expecially.

Today we are going to a concert at the House of Blues in Dallas. The Anuals I believe. IDK. I'm trying to figure out a good place to eat that wont be swamped by Valentine's Day patrons intent on fullfilling thier greeting card brainwashed duties for the good of humanity.

PHOTOGAPHY SATURDAY: Always have your camera with you and ready at all times. You never know when a great photo will happen. There is alot to setting up a shot and developing your picture befor you take it, but you never know when something extrodinary will happen. I can't tell you how much I have made finanically from having my camera near me when something happens and people will need pictures for insurance reasons, not to mention just some great shots and fun moments.
